This review is long overdue but I don't usually write reviews. I always receive great service and help from all the staff at ProBeauty Group. I will always be deeply indebted to this store because I went to EIE for my laser technician schooling and had an incident right after graduating where I thought I would be opening up my own business. Things worked out differently, and I remember Wolf (one of the owners) was really understanding about my huge purchase at Pro Beauty and instead of ignoring me or denying me assistance, he really helped me out. As a recently graduated student, I didn't have a lot of money to put towards my business and if he treated me like a random customer, it would have really hurt me financially. Thank you to all the staff here who make shopping an enjoyable experience!
